My name is Sandeep Kitwadkar age 42, from Miraj and currently resident of Netherlands. Dr. Shrikant Kulkarni is our family doctor since my childhood and now I am being treated by his son Dr. Ashwin Kulkarni since 2020. Dr. Ashwin has successfully treated me for various conditions, including hypertension, pre-diabetes, and uric acid gout. I especially appreciate your support during the challenging times of the COVID lockdown when you helped me regain the use of my right arm after losing sensation due to high blood pressure. I shifted to Netherlands in 2022 for work. And I had to get the COVID booster shot here. I suffered a reaction of this shot and got a severe Gout attack with painful and swollen leg for weeks.
